No Clothes Allowed
Now this might seem like a fairly obvious statement when discussing one of the world's most famous nudist beaches, but when the people at le Cap d'Agde say no clothes allowed, they really mean no clothes allowed. Nudity is not just accepted in the resort, but it is in fact obligatory for those on the beach, with no exceptions other than at those times when climatic conditions call for some covering up. Photography is Prohibited

Be Comfortable
The final and by far the most important rule about spending time on the beach at le Cap d'Agde, is to be comfortable with your appearance. Despite what you may see in the brochures, the nudist beach is not bursting with body-beautiful, size 8 beauties. It is full of perfectly normal people, from full-figured females to not-so-muscly men and nobody will look twice at your cellulite, stretch marks or that beer belly that you just can't banish. So the most important rule of visiting the nudist beach is to be completely relaxed in your own skin, even if you are not yet completely relaxed about showing that skin.
