Young Nudists & Naturists America is based in the New York, New Jersey area but we welcome anyone from anywhere. Due to all the interest and lack of an online presence we decided to launch this site. We are here to educate people about nudism and the nudist lifestyle as well as recommend trusted sites and warn people of any bad or misleading sites and organizations. We've also created a one-stop online social network for all who share our love for the naturist lifestyle. We are fellow nudists ourselves, and our word is our bond. We created this website for US so feel free to share your thoughts in our nudist forum, create your own profile, post your event and even create your very own blog and share your thoughts with the world! Nudism has a stigma of being a bit naughty and taboo, but in reality, it is the most natural lifestyle that is still available to man. If people could look past the stereotypes and judgments, they could see that nudism carries numerous benefits with it.
Life without clothing is just simpler. Nudists do not have to suffer with an outlandish laundry bill. They don’t have to worry about their expensive clothes fading tearing, or becoming stained. If someone is a nudist, they don’t have to waste all that time deciding what to wear.
While a full nudist life would be ideal in terms of cutting out a hassle of life, most people have to be pleased with visiting a nudist resort to get their fill of these benefits. Several other benefits are exclusive to these types of vacations. For example, aside from the time spent off the resort when coming and going, no clothes are needed which drastically cuts down the amount of luggage that is needed. Also, considering many people will spend much of their vacation time lounging by the pool or on the beach, nudist resorts ensure that no one will leave with those dreaded tan lines.
The previously mentioned benefits may not appeal to everyone. Some people truly enjoy creating outfits and dazzling themselves in garments for a night on the town. However, nudism has scientifically proven health benefits.
One of the most talked about benefits of nudism is the extreme effect it has on those suffering from psoriasis. This skin disease is often treated with a fluorescent light that attempts to simulate the sun. Fully exposing the body to the sun helps treat the psoriasis much more quickly and with much more fun!
Many people who do not declare themselves to be nudists do sleep in the nude. Despite the fact that it is more comfortable due to the lack of restrictive clothing, it also allows the heat in and around the body to be distributed more evenly. This creates a much more calming atmosphere that may go unnoticed. Imagine having that peaceful feeling all day, instead of just the hours spent sleeping.
Nudism is natural, freeing, and comfortable. Once people get past their misconceptions, they can realize that it has benefits that cannot be received any other way. Wanna get naked with us offline out in the real world? After all this is the best way to engage in social nudism-- by being social!
